Typically we recruit at graduate level then develop and promote managers from within. This role is a unique opportunity to join the sales team as a National Account Manager for someone who hasrelevant experience in any sector with successful examples of leadership and a strong passion for Sales.

Role Overview

We are recruiting for specific National Account Management roles across our top customers in several key brand and product categories.

Key responsibility will be to create and sell tailored customer plans that mean both our brands and customers will win and outperform the competition.

Business responsibility can vary but most NAM roles have a sales target between 20mil100mil. In this role you will work within dynamic multifunctional customer teams which include finance analysts supply chain managers customer insight managers and shopper marketing.

We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employees salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth. In addition to this youll receive an annual bonus based on business results.

  • Head Office Location: This role is based in our Northern HQ in Harrogate Yorkshire which is an easy commute from Leeds & York. We have free parking onsite if you choose to commute by car or the train station is just 2 minutes walk from the office.
  • Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach with flexibility built into the role. Our UK Sales Team spend 3 days of their week collaborating in our offices or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home.

Job Qualifications

  • University graduates who have already completed their degree.
  • Relevant experience in any sector with successful examples of leadership and a strong passion for Sales.
  • Someone who is looking to build and develop their career in our Harrogate office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.
  • Valid drivers license from Day 1 of your employment with us.
