Job Description

Job Summary

Jeffrey Automotive is searching for a Sales Consultant who has a passion for the automotive industry. The successful candidate will ensure a positive and rewarding customer experience with Jeffrey Automotive. You will creatively provide solutions and offerings to customers and work to meet individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain current customer base.
  • Work with prospective customers for successful sale of vehicles.
  • Explain and demonstrate the features of vehicles for customers.
  • Greet customers listen to requests and explain to them the features and benefits of our products.

  • Properly document the customers paperwork.
  • Negotiate sales prices considering business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensure dealership standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required associate degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Positive outgoing attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet sales goals in a timely manner.
  • Proven success in building relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to use sales and customer relation software applications.
