Real Estate Director

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) a disability services provider in North Carolina & Virginia is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team we work together to transform the lives of individuals seeking support for intelectual & developmental disabilities substanceuse and mental health challenges.

What Youll Do

As the Director of Real Estate you will oversee the development and of the ESPH real estate portfolio strategy. This real estate portfolio includes 144 specific properties both leased and owned totaling approximately 614000 square feet. The properties are varied and include office space clinics group homes condos and apartments. This integral team position collaborates regularly with all levels within the organization and with external partners e.g. landlords contractors vendors and attorneys. Solid knowledge of leases construction process and multilocation property maintenance are key areas of required expertise.

What Were Looking For

To join our team as the Director of Real Estate you must have demonstrated experience in managing a multilocation property portfolio including managing the full lifecycle of a lease cost analysis & cash flow projections. We also require:

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 7 years of real estate or property management experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
