About this Job:
As Data Content Operative you will be capturing data from various sources into the Brandbank Data Capture system for storage processing and data management purposes. This role also includes the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of products from a variety of data sources to a high level of accuracy ensuring the result is free from typing errors
Responsibilities:
- Enter data according to prescribed quality standards and KPIs
- Dealing with customer rejections
- Ensuring urgent tasks are completed on time while informing the Commercial team of any issues and proposing solutions.
- Help to identify and trends which might point to a problem in the business process or rule set
- Data Validation and Processing: Examine source documents or images for errors or missing information address issues by following standard procedures or escalate unresolved cases to the team leader for further action.
- Effectively and efficiently achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets meeting quality and delivery expectations
- To identify and share ideas on continual improvements
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verify entered data by reviewing correcting deleting or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging information to eliminate duplication of data
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Test account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; and reviewing output.
- Effective workflow movement and management to ensure there are no delays in turnaround
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Proactive and selfdriven with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Efficient time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Committed to quality ensuring high standards in all work
- Understanding of data confidentiality and commitment to maintaining privacy
- Resilient and able to perform well under pressure in demanding situations
- Fast and accurate typing skills
