Job Description
- As a System Engineer you are responsible for the analysis optimization and development of storage/server backup and virtualization environments.
- You are involved in the further development of our highly available data center landscape and design IT landscapes and IT processes.
- You will also be involved in the following project topics: Data center migration virtualization and automation.
- You provide 2nd and 3rd level support in the area of infrastructure for our existing customers and advise their departments on technical problems.
Qualifications :
- You have completed training as an IT specialist or have a degree in (business) informatics
- You already have professional experience as a system engineer and knowledge in the following topics: Virtualizations Operating Systems and Microsoft Services
- It would be helpful if you already had knowledge or points of contact with the following products: VMware DELL/EMC Server and Storage Systems DELL/EMC Networker Backup Environment DELL/EMC Data Domain Veeam B&R or similar Vendors
- Your mindset is solution/processoriented and analytical and you have strong methodological skills
- You are fluent in German (min. B2 and English (B2.
