Job Description
The Pittsburg State University School of Construction is accepting applications for a parttime inperson temporary Adjunct Lecturer to teach the Interior Design History of Design I or Detailing and Working Drawings course for the Fall 2024 semester.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Confer with students outside of class as needed.
- Evaluate and assess student performance.
- Create appropriate evaluations and examinations.
- The ability to keep accurate records.
- The ability to work with students.
- Collaborate with other faculty members.
Education and Experience
Required Education and Experience Time of Hire
- Baccalaureate degree
Preferred Education and Experience
- Masters degree
- Background in history of design knowledge preferred.
- 3 years of experience in the interior design industry preferred.
- AutoCad and Revit experience preferred.
