What Youll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet and checkin guests handle special requests and provide knowledge about the hotel and local area. Youll ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for.
• Be a ProblemSolver: Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude and determination. Your ability to recover from challenges is key to our success.
• Foster Inclusion & Respect: Treat every guest and associate with fairness and dignity and encourage equal access to opportunities for all.
• Contribute to Innovation: Become an expert on the local area and be ready to share your knowledge with guests enhancing their stay with personalized recommendations.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and assist with other roles like Shuttle Driver and Concierge Attendant when needed.

• Flexibility: Our hotel operates 24/7 so flexibility in your schedule including weekends holidays and evenings is essential.
