This is a remote position.


FullTime 40 Hours per week

Night shift following US Time Zones 12:00 to 9:00 AM PHT 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST or EST) depending on client needs


Do you love turning ideas into visually compelling stories We re looking for a skilled and detaildriven Video Editor to join our USbased client s team remotely as part of an exciting new Fractional Pilot Program.

About the Role:

As a Video Editor you ll produce highquality video content that aligns with our client s brand and enhances their marketing efforts. You ll manage video projects from concept to delivery support a range of multimedia content needs and maintain a wellorganized video asset library. This fulltime role follows US business hours (night shift PH time) and offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Video Editing and Content Support


  • Edit highquality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar tools ensuring polished and professional results for TikTok reels podcasts and other such relevant media

  • Create video graphics and animations for videos like podcast intro and outro sequences captions etc.

  • Produce video content for various platforms including social media digital campaigns internal communications and events

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging video narratives that align with brand goals and guidelines

  • Stay updated on the latest video trends tools and techniques to keep content fresh and innovative and contribute to measurable improvements in marketing and engagement metrics


Incorporate Branding into Video Content and Libraries


  • Update video libraries to ensure audiovisual materials are uptodate with relevant and fresh content

  • Regularly audit and update video assets to ensure all video content adheres to the brand guidelines maintaining consistency across platforms

  • Organize and manage a library of reusable video assets making them accessible to stakeholders

  • Provide team members with access to onbrand video materials

Manage Video Production Workflow

  • Oversee video projects from initial concept to final production ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

  • Manage a ticket queue of video editing requests prioritizing and delivering highquality results promptly

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on progress

  • Ensure all videos meet quality standards turnaround times and project approval processes

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

  • Work closely with team members and loan officers to understand and accomplish custom video requests while maintaining brand integrity

  • Respond promptly to video editing inquiries providing clear communication and updates throughout the production process

  • Manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction with the final video deliverables.

  • Manage a ticket queue of custom video editing requests ensuring clear and timely communication with all stakeholders

Performance Milestones:

  • 30 Days: Complete onboarding and familiarize yourself with brand guidelines video asset libraries and internal request systems.

  • 60 Days: Independently manage and deliver video requests with minimal supervision maintaining onbrand consistency.

  • 90 Days: Streamline the video request process contribute new creative ideas and consistently deliver highquality outputs that align with campaign goals.

Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):

  • Maintain 100 ontime delivery of video requests with minimal revisions.

  • Ensure 100 alignment with brand guidelines across all video content.

  • Respond to all video inquiries within agreed SLA timelines.

  • Proactively contribute at least two creative improvements to video processes or content strategy within the first 90 days.



Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Creative Storyteller: Strong skills in video editing and crafting compelling logical and relevant visual narratives

  • DetailOriented Professional: Consistently ensures brand guidelines and quality standards are met

  • Collaborative Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders and managing project expectations

  • TechSavvy Expert: Proficient in video editing software and digital asset management tools.

  • Efficient MultiTasker: Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects).

  • At least 23 years of experience in video editing preferably in a marketing or branding role.

  • Strong understanding of video production processes from concept to postproduction.

  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across video content.

  • Experience managing a ticket queue and prioritizing multiple video editing requests.

  • Bachelor s degree in Film Media Marketing or a related field is preferred.

  • Certifications in video editing or production tools are a plus.
