Job Description
AECOM Hunt has an immediate opportunity for an experience MEP Senior Superintendent for our exciting expansion and construction of the Downtown Indy Convention Center.
- Provide overall onsite administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.
- Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility which may be a single area multiarea or a multidiscipline construction project.
- May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities or may coordinate with clients resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations.
- Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications completion on schedule within budget and to quality standards. Interfaces with all other administrative field staff field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirement:
- BA/BS Engineering Construction Management or similar curriculum and 8 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Construction Superintendent experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience as an MEP Superintendent.
- Vocational/Trade School/Building Trades experience in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Experience in construction within:
- hospitality
- highrise
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills: HVAC mechanical rooms commissioning electricals trades.
- Experience in the selection and management of subcontracted labor.
- Strong computer aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams).
- Valid Drivers License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOMs background check process to ensure compliance with the Companys driving standards.
