We are hiring a PartTime Sales Associate to join our Houston Highland Village team.

Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits one of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education worldclassservice standards and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger bond with loyal Away fans.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a widely celebrated brand that is looking to continue to innovate and iterate. Were looking for candidates that are excited to provide bestinclass support to all of our customers from their arrival and until their departure.

What youll do as a Sales Associate

• Youll provide exceptional customer service to every person every time

• Youll deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer in a way that is uniquely Away

• Youll represent our brand and our core values

• Youll maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise. Help customers navigate through the shopping product and sales journey

• Youll maintain the integrity of the space and uphold our visual standards

• Youll work instore programs and events as needed

• Youll assist with any necessary processes and operations to keep the store alive and thriving

• Youre able to pull push lift and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift

• Youre able to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift

• Youre able to bend squat twist and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift
