Job Description
Position: Control Room Operator
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and verify all activities in the studio ensuring they align with organizational standards for smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to table calls quickly resolving issues to minimize gameplay disruptions.
- Ensure the companys game standards are consistently maintained during live sessions.
- Log and report any operational issues or discrepancies maintaining accurate records for accountability.
- Provide support to CRO Specialists Shift Managers and team leaders in operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed about all procedures rules promotions and game strategies to ensure compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2.
- At least 1 year of experience in the live or online casino industry.
- Strong understanding of game procedures and operations.
- Proficient in PC operations and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role is beneficial.
- Familiarity with casino surveillance and control room operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of live casino technology or control room systems.
- A degree or advanced education in management operations or a related field.
