Visa U.S.A. Inc a Visa Inc. company needs a Technical Program Manager (multiple openings) in Austin TX to:
- Provide program management technical integration and crossfunctional of largescale high visibility strategic Technology initiatives.
- Partner with key Technology and crossfunctional stakeholders to drive key program activities.
- Manage program risks & issues.
- Manage with various Technology functional areas on implementation plans.
- Support executive management program updates and decision making.
- Track program budgets forecasts and schedule.
- Drive the daytoday aspects of key initiatives including overall management of scope schedule and financial aspects of the initiative.
- Provide oversight to the crossfunctional team of project leads including programlevel guidance and direction.
- Support key strategic initiatives to drive global expansion and new site buildouts workforce & agile transformation Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration and new market entry with impact across client as well as employee audiences.
- Position reports to the Austin TX office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field followed by 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered in a technologyrelated occupation. Alternatively employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a technologyrelated occupation.
Qualifications :
Position required experience in the following:
- Project Management Processes and tools like Workday and MS Office Suite
- Working with agile environment tools including Jira
- Enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and migration processes
- Windows and Linux
- Objectoriented programming language Java or Python
- Database and MySQL queries.

Worksite: Austin TX
Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $121451.00 USD till $199300.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
