Job Description

Sales Enablement Manager Revenue and Commercial Operations Team

The Revenue and Commercial Operations (RCO) function is instrumental in shaping our current sales mindset discipline approach and has led to numerous sales process improvements over the years. As we aim to be leaner more agile and efficient with a focus on automation and selfservice tools were revamping our team structure and objectives.

The Business Performance Team focus on business performance and analytics plan and support internal and external events work with sales plays programs lead some relevant market research to scout the market for business opportunities and support Europe CEO. 

Position Overview

Sales Enablement is a critical element of our European 2030 growth strategy and has become increasingly important.  Around the world we will be focusing on programs that will involve fewer tutor led training sessions and more web and videobased programs selfpaced tutorials and gen AI platforms like the Sales Accreditation tool.  We will also be focusing on the rollout of Sales Plays in partnership with the Global Operations team.

This role reports into Head of Business Performance Europe part of Revenue & Commercial Operation function (RCO) and will operate alongside a Senior Manager also focused on Sales Enablement. Together these two members of the team will support and embed IDDEA methodology and all trainings provided by Global Sales Play function. Track the results of programs that develop the skills and capabilities of the sales organization in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for being the bridge between Global Sales Play team and European stakeholders alongside the Senior Manager.
  • Accountable for supporting the needs of the business and understand direction from the key stakeholders (Core Issuer VAS and CMS) to guide on overall training and webinars.
  • Champions excellence in facilitation and encourages continuous performance improvement innovation and learner engagement in alignment with the Sales Play Roadmap
  • Contributes to the evolution and application of sales competency models for specific business roles by seeking external benchmarks and new ways of delivering the programs
  • Provide ongoing support by being subject matter expert on IDDEA methodology.
  • Originate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to upskill and develop new sales capabilities.
  • Any other duties as may be required by your manager for the successful performance of your role.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualification

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • A good understanding of the CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and
  • Delta and other forms of tracking the results of the programs.
  • Excellent MS Office Skills.
  • A plus knowledge of selling tools (e.g. CRM) process (e.g. account planning) and skills (e.g. solution/consultative selling storytelling/communication white boarding customer development opportunity development selling fundamentals
  • Creative you think outofthebox and enjoy creating new and interesting ways of doing things
