Job Description

As the Director of Operational Excellence you will drive efficiency productivity and continuous improvement across supply chain and operations. Reporting to the CSCO you will develop and execute strategies that standardize processes eliminate waste and enhance performance.

This role requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process optimization as well as the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will collaborate crossfunctionally to implement bestinclass frameworks ensuring supply chain manufacturing procurement and logistics operate at peak efficiency.

Additionally you will act as a thought partner to the CSCO supporting highimpact projects executive reporting and key decisionmaking processes to drive supply chain transformation at scale.

At the core of this role strategy is directly linked to executionensuring that operational excellence initiatives are not only planned but effectively implemented to achieve measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute an Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Partner with the CSCO and leadership to implement highimpact improvements.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture focused on standardization and efficiency.
  • Provide datadriven insights and recommendations to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Ensure that strategic initiatives translate into tangible driving measurable operational improvements.

Process Improvement & Lean

  • Lead crossfunctional initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance workflow.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and best practices to streamline operations.
  • Utilize value stream mapping audits and kaizen events to improve efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of standardized work practices across global operations.

DataDriven Decision Making & Executive Reporting

  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Leverage data analytics and dashboards to guide executive decisions.
  • Support leadership reporting for meetings board discussions and investor updates.
  • Transform complex data into clear actionable strategies.

Change Management & Operational Scalability

  • Oversee transformation initiatives aligned with longterm business goals.
  • Develop training programs to build expertise in Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Identify opportunities for automation AI and digital efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize supplier relationships and endtoend performance.

Qualifications :

 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10 years of leadership experience in Operational Excellence Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) and process improvement.
  • Proven success in leading largescale efficiency projects with measurable impact.
  • Strong skills in data analytics Excel Power BI Tableau and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience advising executive leadership and providing strategic insights.
  • Ability to present complex operational data clearly and effectively.
  • Background in automation AI or digital transformation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication problemsolving and project management skills
