Employment Type: Fulltime permanent Monday to Friday
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilledJava / Kotlin Developerto join our growing tech team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable highperformance applications usingJavaandKotlin. This is a fantastic opportunity for developers with experience in Java and Kotlin to work on innovative projects expand their skill set and take on a key role within the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications usingJavaandKotlin.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement robust software solutions.
- Write clean efficient and welltested code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot debug and optimise code for better performance and reliability.
- Stay current with the latest technologies frameworks and trends in the Java/Kotlin ecosystem.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience withJavaandKotlindevelopment.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools such asSpringandHibernate.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Experience withRESTful APIsandmicroservicesarchitecture.
- Knowledge of databases bothrelational (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL)andNoSQL(e.g. MongoDB).
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative fastpaced team environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems such asGitand CI/CD processes.
Desirable:
- Experience withcloud technologies(e.g. AWS GCP Azure).
- Familiarity withAndroid developmentusing Kotlin.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools likeDockerandKubernetes.
Target Salary:
