Hiring Immediately Sales Representative!

Bob Johnson KIA has an immediate opening for a hardworking motivated individual to fill the position of Sales Consultant. Bob Johnson KIA is the areas largest KIA dealership. We provide industry leading training and support to build the best quality workforce and provide a teamoriented work environment. This is a fulltime position with performancebased compensation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position we provide all the training necessary to build a career in the automobile business. Spanish and Portuguese fluency is a huge plus. Computer proficiency is a must to help us serve the large volume of customers that engage the dealership via our website and email. Sales representatives will be able to promote preowned vehicles from all 5 of our locations. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer delivery paperwork.
  • Be comfortable presenting and negotiating sales terms.
  • Obtain all customer and vehicle information including payoff.
  • Work within a sales process.
  • Be proficient with vehicle options and technology.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and timely manor.
  • Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and miscellaneous banks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Other duties as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
