Job Description
As a Solution Architect within our Vertical CTO team you will lead the architectural design and implementation of solutions tailored to specific industry verticals. This role involves collaborating with project delivery leads and clients to develop interoperable systems and technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Your expertise will bridge client needs with functional designs across multiple domains including application development business intelligence cloud infrastructure and security. You will play a critical role in advocating for and managing the lifecycle of technical solutions aligning them with strategic business objectives and ensuring their technical viability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal leaders external partners and clients to capture both functional and nonfunctional requirements for tailored industry solutions.
- Communicate complex technical analyses and architectural designs to stakeholders at all levels ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client personnel including Clevel executives to facilitate solution approval and alignment.
- Lead client project teams from conception through the delivery lifecycle ensuring effective and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop Solution Engineers promoting technical growth through practical engagement with cuttingedge solutions.
- Ensure all solutions meet stringent client objectives and adhere to architectural best practices by overseeing their development and implementation.
- Support the delivery team by providing clear guidance on solution designs and addressing any obstacles in development.
- Initiate and manage proof of concept projects to validate solutions against client requirements effectively.
- Drive crossdepartmental collaboration by setting up frameworks that integrate necessary contributions from diverse teams.
- Assess and enhance client technologies and processes advocating for upgrades to improve performance reliability and security.
- Champion process efficiencies and consistency across all project deliveries.
- Engage in both presales and postsales activities to support comprehensive client engagements including discovery sessions proposal development and project team coordination.
- Evaluate and optimize both cloudbased and onpremises systems recommending strategies for modernization and efficiency.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in cloudnative technologies and provide practical implementation advice to clients.
- Articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
This role is pivotal in shaping industryspecific solutions that not only meet immediate client needs but also drive forward our strategic objectives within the Vertical CTO framework.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on specific industry verticals.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
- Deep expertise in cloudnative architectures and familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform Databricks and Snowflake.
- Proven track record in project delivery precise solution estimation and effective technical team leadership.
- Experience in mentoring engineering talent and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Robust analytical skills with a strong foundation in business analysis techniques and complex solutioning processes.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of engaging effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Strong multitasking skills adaptability to change and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required to meet project needs.
