Job Description
The Driver is responsible for providing safe and timely transportation of clients to and from the facility for intake discharge and other appointments.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and timely transportation of clients to and from the facility for intake discharge and other appointments along with any additional outside appointments.
- Applicant must demonstrate a courteous professional and compassionate demeanor towards clients.
- Applicant will be required to follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
- Applicant will be required to adhere to driving safety standards and the facilities expectations (no texting smoking and other vehicle rules).
This is an oncall position that will work as needed.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Have a valid Drivers license
- Have an acceptable driving record which will be verified through the state DMV; no outstanding violations permitted.
- Must be comfortable driving passenger vans and SUVs
- CPR training will be provided.
