Job Description
Main objectives:
- First analysis of products returned from customers (symptom reproducibility identification of potential root cause)
- Complaint management
- Management testing of new products before releasing them for mass production
- Work on continuous improvements of the product quality
- Support in communicating root cause analysis results corrective and preventive measures to Project Managers or Key Account Managers
Responsibilities:
- Test planning and managing a test team
- Analysis of test results (log files) and deriving improvement measures.
- Report findings to R&D and Production Dpt.
- Creation of test sequences based on Python/other software tools
- Collaboration in the continuous improvement of product quality
- Collaboration in the continuous improvement of production processes and test procedures
Qualifications :
Education:
- Technical degree in the field of electronics/communications engineering (HTL FH TU)
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company or testing department desired
- Experience in creating electronic test sequences (Python ..
Skills/Abilities:
- Good understanding of test and manufacturing processes for electronic devices
- Fluent German and good knowledge of English
- Ability to work in a team
- Independent and solutionoriented working style
Languages
- Able to communicate fluently in English in a business setting (verbal & written)

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3.175 gross per month for fulltime employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
