Scope: Workforce Planning
Position Summary:
The global operations team focuses on multiple areas such as Workforce Planning Fulfilment Bench Tech transformation and Cost of Delivery. This role primarily encompasses Workforce planning functions impacting headcount and resource planning for the entire organization.
Key Deliverables/Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:
- Enterprise Workforce planning SL workforce planning inline with revenue operational and cost goals.
- Engaging with SLs on their plan to meet the operational / cost goals.
- Governance on performance against the plan
- Work with teams on annual target setting for both cost and operating goals.
- Develop business case for change recommendation along with financial benefit model and return on investment
- Generating key insights from study of financial statements evaluating competitors and analyzing business practices
- Identifying analyzing and understanding trends or patterns in complex data sets & creating a detailed business analysis outlining problems opportunities and solutions for a business
- Strong capability on solution modelling scenario building and sensitivity analysis

Qualifications (Education Experience Skills)
At least 12 years of relevant multi functional experience in Tier 1 IT Services firm Consulting Automotive FMCG or Fortune 500 Company.
- Excellent academic background with engineering and advanced degrees in economics finance or management degrees
- Analytical Problem Solving & Time Management skills
- Proficiency in excel modeling financial / Workforce planning
- Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- Should have an understanding of Business operations / Operations Excellence
- Excellent interpersonal communications public speaking and presentation skills
