Cbtalents a leading company in Porto Portugal is seeking a Customer SupportItalian Speaker to join our dynamic team. As a Customer SupportItalian Speaker you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our Italianspeaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues and will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay uptodate with product and service knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal)
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
