Job Description
Position: Video Content Analyst (German)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review user reports regarding website content
- Daily content compliance monitoring and corrective measures application
- Make wellbalanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
- Propose solutions to improve the support of user community
- Review sensitive content sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German (C1 both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Able to cover day shift rotation which includes occasional weekends
- Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes concepts and skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content
- Eligible to work in the EU.

- Gross 15260 EUR 16100 EUR 3240 lang. b. (exp) meal 763/day transport 700 5 base/year perf. b.
- 14 April / 28 April / 12 May
- Assistance of real estate team reimbursement 2500 EUR if outside mainland PT 1250 EUR if within PT but more than 100KM away from Lisbon
- with or without experience in contact center/ rotative 24/7 Anjos LACS (office changed and now its in Lisbon/no shuttle)
