- Contract Type: Fulltime renewable annually
- Working Hours: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Your Role
As a Legal Operations Analyst you will play a crucial role in maintaining platform integrity and compliance. This is a backoffice position with no direct interaction with users. Your main tasks include:
- Reviewing flagged accounts and reported content to assess compliance with platform policies.
- Deciding whether accounts remain active or need to be blocked.
- Ensuring legal requests are handled in line with regulations.
- Working within defined turnaround times and maintaining highquality standards.
Desired Profile
- Language Skills: Minimum C1 German & B2 English
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- No prior experience required up to 1 year of experience in content moderation is a plus
- Eligibility to work fulltime in Portugal (EU ID / Residence Card
