Job Description

Job Title: Junior Sales Administrator
Location: Celbridge Co. Kildare

Our client is a leading garden design and build consultancy providing highquality landscaping solutions for residential and commercial clients. We are passionate about transforming outdoor spaces and take pride in delivering exceptional service. We are now seeking a Junior Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a garden centre nursery or a similar horticultural environment with strong administrative skills.

Role Overview:
As a Junior Sales Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks customer inquiries and order processing. You will assist in maintaining accurate records liaising with clients and ensuring smooth daytoday operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for plants horticulture or garden design to develop a career within a dynamic and creative business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing sales orders invoices and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and customer service teams.
  • Liaise with clients regarding product availability pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Help manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotes proposals and promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with general office duties including data entry filing and answering phone calls.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a garden centre nursery or similar environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in horticulture gardening or landscape design is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
