Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the multifaceted print industry. (Litho Printing Corporate Gifting/Printing Packaging)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of different printing materials.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
- A valid drivers license and own vehicle.
- Technical Knowledge of the printing industry or the intent to learn.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal point of contact for Sales Reps and clients addressing their print needs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide advice on print solutions which includes litho digital and speciality printing.
- Work with internal teams (Repro production despatch) to ensure seamless of print projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Monitor timelines budgets and quality control to meet client expectations.
- Booking in of jobs upon quote approvals.
- Creation of work tickets.
- Checking and sending proofs to client timeously. Thereafter following up on approvals.
- Keep accurate records on Orders received.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Help develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
