Job Description
Team Lead Merchant Business for Small Enterprises
Job Purpose
- Responsible for growing sales market share revenue and productivity of accredited small sized merchants with main focus on P2M/ewallet and/or new product expansion in its cluster area
- Leads and manages pool of Merchant Associates small maintain to prospect accredit and merchants
- Creates materials for and conducts trainings to accredited merchants regarding the accreditation process/proper card acceptance/policies of the bank.
- Leads the preparations and implementation of new businesses and projects under the cluster
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4year course
- With at least 3 5 years work experience in sales/marketing banking financial FinTech or telecommunications industry
- Exposure to merchant acquiring and sales is an advantage
- Should have strong account solicitation skills and effective negotiation skills
Note: Hiring for various locations including North Luzon South Luzon Central Luzon NCR Visayas and Mindanao
