Job Description

Job Description:

Provide timely and responsive legal research review advice

and/or documentation to the Legal Division and its

Departments of the company

Coordinate and collaborate with various agencies of

government.

Manage various litigation and prelitigation cases involving

or related to the Company

Qualifications:

Graduate of Political Science Legal Management or

equivalent and must have completed units in Law

With Professional License (Bar Exam passer)

57 years work experience in a reputable law firm in the

areas of but not limited to corporate law litigation labor

law civil law and/or taxation

With good people and communication skills
