Role overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate Product Manager to work alongside our Product Manager to build the nextgen AI automation platform. The ideal candidate will be datadriven excel at translating complex customer needs into product features have minimum technical knowledge and be passionate about the world of AI.
As AI is evolving rapidly you should be comfortable with a steep learning curve eager to develop expertise in AI infrastructure cloud services and automation. Youll play a key role in gathering customer insights defining product features researching industry trends and collaborating with engineering to bring innovative AI solutions to market.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather & Analyze Customer Requirements Conduct user research customer interviews and market analysis to understand needs and pain points.
- Translate Insights into Product Features Work with engineering to define scope and refine product requirements based on customer insights.
- Contribute to Engineering Refinement Sessions Collaborate closely with developers to break down features prioritize tasks and ensure smooth implementation.
- Stay Informed on AI & Market Trends Research AI infrastructure deployment solutions and competitive products to identify new opportunities.
- Competitor & Market Analysis Evaluate industry trends competitor offerings and pricing models to inform strategic decisions.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking Build and analyze reports on feature adoption customer engagement and product performance.
- Clear Technical Communication Bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical teams by translating complex concepts into simple actionable insights.
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data build analytics reports track KPIs and make datadriven recommendations.
- Technical Aptitude Basic understanding of APIs cloud infrastructure and AI concepts.
- Excellent Communication Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to crossfunctional teams.
