Role Summary

KPMG DeliveryNetwork (KDN) is seeking a Quality Risk Management (QRM) Specialist to supportquality review programs across Audit Tax & Legal and Advisory functions.This role involves ensuring compliance with Global Quality Risk Management(GQRM) policies assisting with internal control processes and working with globalteams to enhance risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with Global Quality Risk Management (GQRM) policies.
  
• Support the development monitoring and operation of internal control processes across KDN.
  
• Work closely with KDN process and control owners including at delivery centers to ensure timely completion of quality documentation.
  
• Assist in coordinating annual independent testing of KDNs internal controldocumentation.
  
• Support the annual risk assessment process and collaborate with stakeholders to identify key risk areas.
  
• Help develop document and test nonfinancial controls to strengthen KDNs risk management framework.
  
• Identify potential process and control improvements and support remediation efforts.
  
• Collaborate with control owners and business units to design and implement enhancements.
• Manage monthly quarterly and annual reporting and control timelines.

Requirements

• Preferred background:University studies/diploma

• Languages:Strong written and spoken English language knowledge

• Technical skills and Experience:
  Experience in external or internal audit compliance or risk management.
  Strong understanding of nonfinancial controls documentation and testing.
  Excellent analytical ability attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  Strong ability to work crossfunctionally and globally.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
