The Digital / Multichannel Manager is responsible for local consulting planning and of programs that enhance our overall digital / multichannel customer engagement strategy and focuses on the multiple sclerosis (MS) and additionally on other areas/franchises. He/she is responsible for the successful adoption and orchestration of existing channels and creation of new (digital) channels to communicate with Biogens MS stakeholders.He/she is fully responsible for cross functionally adopting country initiatives and creating aligning and implementing new local digital initiatives in the Polish market as a project lead. Additionally he/she regularly provides feedback to the local and the global team to accelerate the adoption of multichannel/digital best practices across global brand teams and markets. This individual closely collaborates with specialized agencies to implement digital projects for MS and other areas independently. He/she creates a sustainable operating model and reusable processes between different functions.
He/she also acts as an internal subject matter expert and drives transformation based on this foundational excellence and a strong mix of multichannel/digital activities.
He/she is also responsible for the initial setup of KPIs and metrics for each project along the global / local MCE KPI framework. Further he/she creates monthly business reporting and recommendations based on the local MCE business reporting standards.

Who You Are:
You are a visionary in the digital landscape holding a Bachelors degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing with additional qualifications in Project Management (e.g. PMI Prince Scrum). You have over two years of experience leading digital and/or multichannel projects. Your techsavviness and profound understanding of technologys role in business objectives set you apart. You are an outstanding communicator adept at empathizing with various stakeholders and ensuring smooth collaboration. You possess knowledge of SEO analytics tools like Google Analytics and are familiar with Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager. Your background in Pharma or Healthcare is a strong asset. You are a selfstarter thrive in crossfunctional and international environments and are willing to travel as needed.
This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
