We are looking for you as Working Student Technical Writer (gn)to join our Customer Care Team for our headquartes in Fulda Germany or remote in Germany (with occasional onsite days) during parental leave.

Your Role
- You create documentation for DataPlatform hardware and software
- You research information from Product Management Developers and FAEs
- You coordinate upcoming tasks independently
- You maintain the Proemion Documentation Library
- You maintain the Proemion Documentation Chat Bot
- You write and publish application notes
Your Skills
Must haves:
- You are preferably studying in a technical degree program e.g. technical editing electrical engineering computer science
- You have a good technical understanding
- You work carefully structured and independently
- You are confident with version management systems such as GitHub
- You have an understandable way of expressing yourself
- You can organize yourself well and show a willingness to learn
- You are fluent in both German and English written and spoken
Nice to have:
- First experience in the technical documentation of SaaS applications software products or embedded devices (ideally CAN and CANopen products)
- First experience in creating documentation with MkDocs or similar systems
