Getting to know the role and your responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing revenue streams through robust account management strategies.
- Lead a strategic portfolio of sports accounts including major national oneoff sporting events.
- Support the Segment Director in the development and of strategic plans for the sports segment.
- Develop and implement Accors overarching strategic business plans ensuring alignment at national and regional levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring exceptional service delivery and longterm partnerships.
- Drive performance and market share growth across the sports segment supporting hotels in achieving their revenue targets.
- Provide strategic insights and regular reporting on industry trends client needs and market opportunities.
- Develop and execute account management plans for key clients ensuring operational excellence and highprofile agreement management.
- Source and negotiate cooperative tactical activities to drive return on investment.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within the sports sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure sportsrelated materials remain relevant and engaging.
Qualifications :
What we need from you
- 5 years Proven experience in key account management sales or business development ideally within the hospitality sports or events industry.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in negotiating highvalue agreements and managing strategic partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools such as Salesforce and Cvent is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Passion for the sports industry and a keen understanding of its commercial landscape.
