Coordinate with the subcontractor’s system developers and analysts to develop and install the new application based on the agreed upon technical specifications.
Manage data integration and the interface with other systems, including the FMIS.
Coordinate with the subcontractor on required training programs and technical assistance to ensure full implementation of the developed application by relevant stakeholders.
Document all system development processes and user authorizations to ensure effective implementation and evaluation of the application.
Other technical tasks as needed to achieve the above objectives.
