Job Responsibilities:
Lounge Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of the premium lounge ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness comfort and safety within the lounge.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and effective service for all lounge guests.
Lead and manage a team of lounge staff ensuring they adhere to company policies and service standards.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable and equipped to deliver exceptional service to Japanesespeaking guests.
