We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily receiving picking packing and shipping operations. This is a temporary position with the potential for fulltime conversion ideal for candidates with warehouse supervision experience WMS knowledge and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse associates ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain high visibility on the warehouse floor actively monitoring workflow and addressing operational issues.
- Implement productivity accuracy and reliability standards to optimize warehouse performance.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Train coach and support warehouse staff handling performance and behavioral concerns as needed.
- Manage administrative reporting and correspondence related to warehouse operations.
- Oversee workforce planning including manpower allocation and shift coordination.
- Utilize and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for operational efficiency.
- Participate in safety initiatives and training programs to uphold industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Korean (required).
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with multishift warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
