Job Description
Quality Control Inspector
Pay:$23$26 per hour (DOE)
Hours:MondayFriday 6:00 AM3:30 PM (potential Saturdays; hours may vary based on workload)

Location:Tulsa OK
Responsibilities
Evaluate production operations at a strategic level to ensure products meetquality integrity functionality and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implementquality standard testing and evaluation processes.
Facilitate communication betweenproduction divisions and management.
Assess test results and approverecommended changesto production processes.
Conductinspections and quality control checksto maintain compliance with industry standards.
Complete and maintain all necessarydocumentation.
Periodically report on thestatus of quality control and operationsto executive leadership and as required regulatory agencies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities
Proficiency indimensional inspection techniques.
Experience withmagnetic particle testing dye penetrant testing and PMI testing.
Ability to workindependentlywhile following established procedures.
Stronginterpersonal and communication skills.
Ability toread and interpret blueprints.
Education & Experience
Minimum oftwo years of experience in quality control.
Knowledge ofASTM & ASME material specifications.
Familiarity withAWS & ASME welding specifications.
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification preferred.
Proficiency in the use ofall necessary toolingfor quality inspections.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to50 poundswhen necessary.
Comfortable working in ashop or yard assembly environment.
Extensivewalking and standing as well as climbing ladders scaffolding crouching twisting and stooping.
