About this job:
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our dynamic team in Singapore for a 6 month period starting as soon as possible. This role will report directly to the Senior Client Partner and offers the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of responsibilities critical to our operations in the Southeast Asia market. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic initiatives while gaining handson experience in business analysis market research and compliance management.
About the role:
- Quotation Support: Assist in the preparation and of quotation activities for life and health insurance products ensuring alignment with regional market demands and crossfunctional collaboration.
- Market Research & Analysis: Perform indepth market research across Southeast Asia to identify emerging trends assess customer needs and analyze the competitive landscape providing actionable insights to drive decisionmaking.
- CRM & Compliance Management: Ensure timely and accurate reporting within CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce ASTRO) while maintaining strict adherence to internal compliance protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Project Collaboration: Contribute to various adhoc projects and strategic initiatives supporting crossdepartmental efforts to achieve organizational objectives.

About you:
We are looking for an intern who seeks challenge and has a desire to learn about new products markets and approaches. You wish to work in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment with colleagues possessing a wide and varied range of experiences.
In addition to be an ideal candidate you have the following background skills and mindset:
- Student with a business/actuarial background
- Microsoft Office experience advanced Excel
- Wellorganized proactive creative and solution oriented
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics to nontechnical audiences
- Fluency in English and Cantonese / Mandarin both written and spoken skills are necessary
- Highly motivated openness for continuous improvement
- Previous experience in life (re)insurance would be a plus
