Job Description

Job Category: Systems Administration

Currently WFH this year and Hybrid depends

Details:

  • Supervision of the team(s) to ensure compliance of performance management targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all incidents/inquiries are processed and resolved or sent to appropriate next level agency in a speedy and effective manner.
  • Point of escalation for other entities for the implementation of the solution to the customer problem within the defined periods.
  • To provide hands on support for critical incidents or if demand exceeds team resources available
  • Rich working experience on cloud technologies (private hybrid & public clouds)
  • To build and maintain effective relationship with Service management and corresponding Stefanini Enterprise Service counterparts.
  • Development of team to ensure skills levels match both current and future operational and customer requirements.
  • Schedule staff training leave requests duty rosters and overall workforce planning requirements.
  • Implementation of the required strategies to ensure ongoing high levels of Customer Satisfaction through regular reviews defined ownership and continuous service improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures to assure call quality customer satisfaction and restoration of customer service as soon as possible
  • Review of all necessary reporting to ensure operational SLA and customer support targets are met.
  • Designing Implementation and Administration of compute infrastructure
  • Conduct & successfully complete UAT signoff of the assigned projects.
  • Conduct training / knowledge transfer session to the internal support teams.
  • Perform / Participate in POC / Staging for complex infrastructure solutions or projects.
  • Prepare RCA for critical/major incidents
  • Support technical teams and operations manager ensuring SLAs are achieved
  • Coordination with Third parties Vendors and suppliers for fault resolution.
  • Daily review of primary KPI reporting review of MTTR Status & Escalation completions internal fix percentages and to complete root cause investigation when outside of objective. Feedback to departmental management on actions to improve.
  • Deputize for senior departmental management in their absence.
  • Represent the Service desk at required customer meetings and service reviews.
  • Undertake any other reasonable task as requested by departmental management.
  • Disaster recovery implementation and planning
  • Designs reviews analyzes evaluates and maintains customer infrastructure services

  • Modern Device Management:
    • Windows Autopilot
    • Hybrid and Azure AD join
    • CMG and CoManagement
  • Intune/Azure AD User Management:
    • On boarding of new users.
    • Assigning User Licenses to users for endpoint configuration.
    • Create edit or delete Azure Active Directory (AAD) User and Device groups.
  • Intune/AAD Application Creation and Deployment/Assignment
    • Upload and Configure LOB applications (Windows iOS and Android).
    • Upload and Configure OEM Store applications (Microsoft Apple and Google).
    • Deploy LOB applications to endpoints.
    • Deploy OEM Store applications to endpoints.
    • Deploy LOB/Store applications to group of users (AAD user groups).
    • Monitor application deployment status.
  • Intune Service Administration
    • Assignment of subscriptions and licenses to users.
    • Apple APN cert Management (renewal)
    • Android for Work (Google) Apple Business Manager (Apple) Autopilot (Microsoft).
    • Device settings configuration to enable Azure AD join (for Windows 10 devices)
    • MDM auto enrollment configurations (for Windows 10 devices)
    • Reporting.
  • Intune Mobile Application Management
    • LOB Applications Wrapping.
    • App protection policies configuration on managed applications.
    • Conditional Access.
  • Intune Device/Profile Management
    • Create Maintain Update Deploy and Delete policies
      1. Configuration policies like Device restrictions Enterprise WiFi profile domain join profile etc.
    • Compliance Policies
      1. iOS Android and Windows.
    • Device Life Cycle
      1. Enrollment process of endpoints (iOS Windows 10 and Android).
      2. Retire and Wipe Devices.
  • AAD/Intune Conditional Access
    • Create Maintain Update Deploy and Delete Conditional Access policies
    • CA for Windows Android iOS MacOS.
