Community Interactions Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing services for more than 200 Individuals with intellectual physical and behavioral health disabilities
In general the work of the LPN is a professional medical position supporting individuals with disabilities receiving services through Community Interactions Inc. The responsibilities of this position include assisting the individuals in achieving their desired outcomes as identified in their Annual Plan performing general office duties requiring the ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Work outside of the office setting is also expected and visits to homes and other work sites. Visits to areas outside the office which could include lifting and other physical activity. The ability to travel to program sites and meetings is required as well.
JOB DUTIES:
All other duties as may be required by the Director of Incident Management and Quality Assurance.

Must be able to perform general office work to include: writing typing filing use of telephone and communicating with others.
Must hold a Practical nurse licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Three years minimum experience in the nursing field. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
