Job Description
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients including conducting physical examinations ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and developing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with attending physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate medical interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records documenting patient history diagnoses treatments and progress.
- Participate in educational activities such as attending rounds conferences and seminars to enhance medical knowledge and skills.
- Supervise and provide guidance to medical students and junior residents fostering their professional development.
- Adhere to hospital policies protocols and ethical standards in the delivery of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families ensuring they understand their medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of patient care practices.
- Maintain a commitment to continuing medical education and stay uptodate with the latest advancements in the field.
Qualifications :
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D. degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program in the relevant medical specialty
- Current and valid medical license to practice in the state/jurisdiction
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical practices procedures and treatments
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients families and healthcare teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to providing highquality compassionate patient care
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare technology
- Willingness to participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities
