Job Description

- Salary: INR 300000 to 680000 LPA
Primary Duties
- The analysis of data assigned them following a predetermined data matrix.
- The data entry of evaluation results in an online secure platform. This platform will track quality assurance manager productivity as well as provide detailed realtime reporting and trends to IDIQ management.
- Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators for quality assurance evaluation production expectations. As an example if 3000 data records exist in a portfolio of records that are eligible for quality assurance evaluations and the expectation is to review 10 of these then the quality assurance manger will be responsible to evaluate 300 records.
- Responsible to perform special quality assurance assignments. As an example if the results of regular quality assurance evaluations indicate a problem may exists then the quality assurance manager may be assigned to perform further evaluations to particular record types.
- Collaborates closely with management of the department who is receiving quality assurance reviews where there may be questions on quality assurance evaluations.
- Participates in new employee training and ongoing quality assurance manager training as required.
- Performs other jobrelated duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time from their supervisor or cross reporting supervisor.

- A selfstarter that does not require direct management to get assignments completed within time projections.
- Dependability To duty and schedule. A person who can take a project and get it done with little or no oversight.
Other IMPORTANT Skills Including:
- Above average skills with MS Office applications including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
- A history that indicates an ability to quickly learn and apply a skill with little or no assistance.
- Ownership & Drive The ability to work in a fastpaced environment with strong followthrough and a focus on owning the outcome.
- Influential and Persuasive A person who can work with a group of stakeholders to bring them together to find solutions for problems and to gain agreement on the direction of projects and needs.
- Unwavering commitment to transparency accountability and driving results for yourself and your team members and stakeholders. o A strong passion for process improvement.
- Ability to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to function in a team environment and with internationally located company employees on varied time zones.
Qualifications :
- 2 4 years of experience in a quality assurance position working specifically with data analysis.
- Desirable but not required Undergraduate degree in data analytics science quality assurance or other related field.

Position Details: This is a fulltime salaried position 40 hours/week).
