Job Description

We are looking for a Business Developer Hunter with experience in B2B consultative sales for the technology sector specifically in DevOps and Solution Architecture. This role is essential for acquiring new clients focusing on startups and growing companies that need to optimize their infrastructure and technological processes.

This is a highimpact role where initiative and creativity are key. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in sales but also proactive in developing sales tools such as brochures and presentations to enhance client outreach. Additionally this role offers:

Key Responsabilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients aligned with DevOps and Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn email and other relevant channels.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure effective conversions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and advise clients on DevOps and Solution Architecture services.
  • Negotiate and close deals establishing longterm client relationships.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities and provide reporting.
    • MustHave Requirements

      • 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales ideally in DevOps Cloud or SaaS solutions for startups.
      • 100 Hunter mindset: proven track record in active prospecting lead generation and closing deals.
      • Ability to sell consulting services to CTOs founders and tech teams.
      • Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies (e.g. SPIN Selling Challenger Sales) with successful highvalue contract closures.
      • Understanding of the startup ecosystem and its technological needs.
      • Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo or similar.
      • Strong autonomy to design sales strategies and deliver results without micromanagement.
      • Fluent English is required for both written and spoken communication to effectively engage with global clients. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus and can enhance relationshipbuilding and market expansion.
      • Resultsdriven and excellent negotiation skills.

      • Experience selling DevOps Cloud or infrastructure automation services.
      • Existing network in startups or growing companies.
      • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Zoho CRM or Pipedrive.
