The Piercer Mission:
To inspire our customers to achieve the curation of their dreams by providing an exceptional and professional piercing experience with the customer at the heart of the journey.
How youll drive success:
- As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars Community & Connection Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovative
- Execute precise and aesthetically pleasing piercings ensuring the customers vision for their ear stack is realised with meticulous attention to detail
- Inspire the customer with styling advice demonstrating different stack options and jewellery choices
- You will thrive in owning the full experience from the moment customers enter the store
- Nurture and develop an unforgettable experience by establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers
- Strong presence on the shop floor actively sharing your expertise
- The ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimental appointments
- Thoroughly keeping on top of the hygiene & cleanliness of your studio as well as managing piercing supplies for your store
What youll need to thrive:
- This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1.5 years experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey
- A values champion and brand ambassador our values resonate deeply with you
- You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels
- Youre always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
- Strong problemsolving abilities with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to change
The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
- Portfolio Approval one of our Piercer Mentors will review your portfolio
- Life Story & Values a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better asking questions inspired by our three core values
- InStore Technical Interview youll meet your potential Store Managerfollowed by one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio SetUp & Piercing Demo
