Our Proposal:

Join our clients teamas a Technical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer! Were on the lookout for someone with dedication and an eagle eye for detail to ensure topnotch software products. As an integral part of our team youll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our IT Operations software products.

Collaborate closely with our dynamic scripting team to meticulously validate script functionality and product features through QA testing. Youll have the opportunity to design and implement test cases for both our new and existing software products.

We value your expertise in the IT Operations industry and your knack for diving deep into operating systems.

Responsibilities:

Immerse yourself in our suite of products and become an inhouse guru on our IT software solutions. Shape the future of MSPs and IT teams by delving into user requirements scrutinizing product usability and providing invaluable feedback.

Take charge of comprehensive software testing to ensure flawless feature releases. Develop and maintain meticulous test plans ensuring compliance across all platforms.

Craft detailed reports on software quality and functionality postthorough testing. Ensure clear documentation of any defects or issues for the development teams to tackle headon.

Propose enhancements to current testing methodologies tools and processes to refine and evolve our QA practices continually.

Collaborate closely with our developers product managers and leaders throughout the software development life cycle ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.

Musthave Requirements:

5 years of experience in Manual Quality Assurance Testing.

Previous experience with at least 2 of the 3 operating systems: Windows Mac or Linux is required. Including an understanding of system settings the Windows Registry and other OS foundational aspects.

5 years of recent experience in Systems Engineering or Systems level Testing.

Bachelors degree in technology is a distinct advantage though not mandatory.

Experience setting up and configuring Virtual Machines (VM). A focus on ESXi and HyperV will be advantageous.

Experience with Jira and Jira XRay extension will make you stand out as well.

Attention to detail ensuring that all bugs and inconsistencies are unnoticed.

Outstanding communication skills English required.

You must be located in Brazil Colombia Ecuador or Mexico.

Nice to have Requirements:

BA/BS degree

Automation Testing

Experience with data visualization and analysis tools is a plus: Tableau Databricks Python (e.g. Jupyter Notebooks Pandas) Experience with data visualization and analysis tools is a plus: Tableau Databricks Python (e.g. Jupyter Notebooks Pandas)

Virtualization Skills: Experience setting up and configuring VMs. A focus on ESXi and HyperV will be advantageous.
