Job Description
The Job Mission
You will play a critical role in the Sizewell C (SZC) project supporting the assessment and justification of civil engineering deliverables to ensure successful replication from Hinkley Point C (HPC). Managing key documentation and engineering sequences you will be at the heart of civil coordination.
Your mission includes:
- Ensure transversal coordination of SZC civil activities across multiple teams.
- Adapt the Design Replication Justification Report (DRJR) process to the civil works sequence.
- Develop and implement relevant templates to streamline processes.
- Maintain consistency across all building designs and deliverables.
- Produce replication statements for transverse documents.
- Oversee the D2R2 tool ensuring accurate document status and replication tracking.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelors or Masters).
- Experience in reinforced concrete design within large infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering codes & standards.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations relevant to civil works.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the nuclear sector (highly advantageous).
- Proficiency in Tekla for civil and structural design applications.
- Knowledge of UK nuclear project civil design sequences.
- Prior experience on the Hinkley Point C (HPC) project.
