Are you an experienced and highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager eager to take on the challenges of a highgrowth AIdriven PropTech startup Optiml is looking for a visionary marketing leader to build our global marketing function from the ground up.
As our first marketing hire you will take full ownership of strategy and scaling efforts across multiple international markets ensuring that Optiml establishes itself as the leader in Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI). This is an opportunity to shape a new category in PropTech drive topline growth and expand our brand presence globally through highimpact thought leadership content strategy and innovative marketing initiatives.

Optiml is revolutionizing real estate with our Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI) softwarea new category of AIpowered technology that helps decarbonize buildings while optimizing asset performance.
Since our launch in April 2024 we have been scaling across Europe and the US receiving significant industry recognition and winning three major PropTech awards including:

Now we need an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to help us position Optiml as the leading force in global real estate transformation.
Key Objectives
As Growth Marketing Manager your core focus will be:
Establishing Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI) as a recognized global category
Driving qualified inbound lead generation and increasing customer conversion rates
Shortening sales cycles by implementing highimpact growth strategies
Spearheading global thought leadership and strategic partnerships
Scaling our brand presence across key international markets

Who You Are
You are a selfstarter a strategic thinker and an powerhouse. You have a passion for AI sustainability and real estate innovation and youre excited by the opportunity to shape a global brand from the ground up.
You Have:
35 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth marketing in an earlystage company
MBA / Business and/ or Consulting background
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products across international markets (in part. DACH and UK)
Expertise in SEO Google Analytics digital advertising and tools (e.g. CRM (HubSpot)
Strong storytelling and content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different customer personas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
A sense for design and corresponding toolkit (e.g. Figma MSOffice) being able to coordinate creation of sales & marketing material together with external suppliers
A handson executiondriven approach with a hunger to scale a highgrowth tech startup
Swiss or EU citizenship (unfortunately due to size we cant support nonEU).
Bonus Skills:
Experience in Real Estate CleanTech or PropTech but open to other sectors
Experience working with industry bodies (ULI RICS GRESB) and sustainabilityfocused organizations is a plus
Experience running highimpact PR campaigns and securing media coverage
Knowledge of AIdriven marketing strategies and automation tools
