Job Description
Freelance Training Specialist Learning & Development Academy DACH (Germany Austria Switzerland)
Are you passionate about developing people and making an impact through training We are looking for Freelance Training Specialists to collaborate with Accors Academy team and provide engaging training sessions for our hotel and support office teams in Germany Austria and Switzerland.
If you have experience in the hospitality industry or related field and enjoy delivering impactful training in soft skills such as emotional intelligence stress management and commercial mindset wed love to hear from you!
What will you do
- Deliver engaging training sessions to hotel staff focusing on essential soft skills such as communication teamwork and customer service excellence.
- Adapt and personalise Accors training content to suit the specific needs of each team ensuring relevance and maximum impact.
- Facilitate interactive workshops that promote a handson participatory learning environment encouraging employees to apply their knowledge in realworld scenarios.
- Support and mentor employees providing practical guidance to enhance their confidence and performance in customerfacing roles.
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
- Minimum 34 years of experience as a Training Specialist ideally in hospitality.
- Fluent in English and German French would be an asset of the country you will be training in.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire teams through effective training methodologies.
- Based in Germany Austria or Switzerland (depending on the training location).
