Position: Title: Python Developer
Timings: 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (OnSite)
Location: Plot # 176 Korang Road near Rahat Bakers I10/3 Islamabad

Position Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our engineering team and
help us create dynamic software applications. In this roleHe/She will be responsible for
writing and testing scalable code developing backend components and integrating
userfacing elements in collaboration with frontend developers.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial
Intelligence NLP or a related field. - Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience as a Python Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop NLP models and algorithms to solve complex problems in
natural language understanding and generation. - Design and implement NLP systems for text classification language
understanding sentiment analysis and text generation. - Design and implement deep learning systems for tasks such as image speech
recognition and generative models. - Collaborate with the team to integrate NLP models into other machine learning
and AI systems. - Continuously evaluate improve the performance of the NLP models and improve
the performance of the machine learning models. - Stay uptodate with the latest NLP machine learning and computer vision
research and technologies. - Design and implement machine learning systems for tasks such as prediction
classification clustering and anomaly detection.
Requirements
- Experience with Pretrained Models such as Bert Roberta XL Net GPT etc.
- Strong experience in NLP machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience with Python deep learning framework TensorFlow PyTorch Keras
and other machine learning frameworks. - Experience with NLP toolkits such as NLTK spaCy or CoreNLP.
- Experience in customer service or working with customer service chatbot and
dialogue agent is a plus. - Experience with voice recognition and speechtotext technologies.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
