As an Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative you ll be the driving force behind our client s growth in the construction and industrial sectors. Leverage your communication skills and sales acumen to identify and engage potential clients across LinkedIn email and phone. You ll play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and setting up highvalue meetings for company managers. This position offers a unique blend of strategic outreach and relationship building allowing you to immerse yourself in the exciting world of specialized construction services while honing your sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead LinkedIn outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential clients in construction oil and gas manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Craft compelling warm emails and conduct strategic cold calls to follow up on LinkedIn connections
- Set up qualified meetings for company managers with a target of two highquality meetings per week
- Attend client meetings alongside managers take comprehensive notes and update the CRM with actionable next steps
- Develop a keen eye for recognizing potential leads from target companies and industries even those not on predefined lists
- Master HubSpot CRM to efficiently manage and track all sales activities
- Conduct outreach for multiple service lines including field services and specialized training programs
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine lead generation and qualification processes
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills across various channels (LinkedIn email phone Zoom)
- Proven track record in LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or ability to quickly adapt to new CRM systems
- Sales background with a focus on B2B lead generation and qualification
- Ability to rapidly grasp and articulate complex industryspecific information
- Knowledge of or strong interest in learning about construction oil and gas manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and industry trends
