Job Description

To attend to any cash related matter (e.g. walkin customers ATMs) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.


Qualifications :

Minimum Qualification: 

  • NQF Level 5


Experience Required:

  • Client Coverage
  • Personal and Private Banking
  • 12 years branch banking experience
  • Understanding the banks laiddown policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support; bulk cash and ATMs
  • Familiar with the legal aspects regarding cash handling
  • Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch
